Ingredients

2 cups hulled fresh strawberries1 cup fresh lemon juice (juice of approx. 5 lemons)
¾ cup EQUAL SPOONFUL or 16 packets EQUAL SACHETS
4 ½ cups (1.25 L) soda water
Ice cubes
Fresh whole strawberries, sliced (optional)
Fresh lemon, sliced (optional)
Fresh mint, optional

Method

1. Put strawberries in a blender and puree. Add lemon juice and EQUAL, blending just until combined. Pour mixture into a pitcher.

2. Stir in soda water. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Place a few ice cubes in 6 tall glasses. Pour in strawberry lemonade mixture.

3. Garnish each glass with strawberry, lemon and mint.
