Strawberry and Cinnamon Jam

Ingredients

4 punnets strawberries, cut into large chunks
2 ½ cups EQUAL SPOONFUL
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 cinnamon stick

Method

1. Combine the strawberries, EQUAL, juice, water and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.

2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 45 minutes or until a teaspoonful of mixture placed on a saucer becomes a spreadable consistency.

3. Stir often to prevent the mixture from sticking to the base and corners of the saucepan. Cool, remove the cinnamon.
