Toasted Maple Granola

Toasted Maple Granola

  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic quinoa flakes

    1 cup rolled oats

    ½ cup walnuts roughly chopped

    ½ cup flaked almonds

    ½ cup pepitas

    2 Tsp. cinnamon

    ½ cup olive oil

    ½ cup maple syrup

    1 Tbsp. EQUAL SPOONFUL or 2 EQUAL SACHETS

     

     

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 155°C and line a baking tray (24cmx 18cm) with baking paper, set aside.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to combine.
  3. Spread the mixture over the lined baking tray and bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
  4. Once golden, allow to cool before serving. Serve with natural yoghurt and berries.
