Chai Tea Jellies

Chai Tea Jellies

  • Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. boiling water

    2 Tsp. gelatine powder

    400mL low-fat milk

    2 Tsp. EQUAL SPOONFUL

    2 chai tea bags

    40g (1⁄3 cup) fresh or thawed

    Frozen raspberries

    1 Tbsp. small mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Put water in a small heatproof bowl. Sprinkle over gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Put milk in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Remove pan from heat. Stir in EQUAL. Add tea bags and jiggle a few times. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes to steep. Remove tea bags.
  3. Add gelatin mixture to milk mixture. Stir until combined. Pour into dishes. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  4. Top jellies with raspberries and mint leaves and serve.
