  1. This Privacy Policy relates to the website equalchoice.com.au (the Website) owned and operated by Merisant Australia Pty Ltd ABN 23 091 674 065 of Level 1, 115 Alexander Street, Crows Nest, NSW 2065 (referred to as we, our, us).

Collection of Personal Information

If you use our Website via Facebook we also collect your Facebook user name, Facebook e-mail address, profile image and gender. The Website also allows you to post material or comments (User Content).

Any information we collect about you is done to assist us to provide services to you and customise those services to meet your needs. We may collect data about you to do internal research and to conduct market research for our own purposes.

Your real name (unless selected as the username), email address, Facebook email and Facebook user name or profile image will not be displayed publically unless otherwise specified by you.
